After placing the order online, you will receive a call from a customer service agent to schedule the delivery time and date. In case of any changes or to reschedule the delivery, you should inform us 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Delivery would then be scheduled for the next available slot. Delivery will be made within a maximum of 7 weeks. In case of uncontrollable events or incidents, you shall be notified of any delay and will be informed regarding the next available slot for delivery. Don’t forget to examine the product thoroughly before signing the receipt! Regarding Shipping Insurance, At Furnisets we have 2 types of shipping: regular and express. Regular shipping is for free and it takes between 3 to 7 weeks. Those who are in a hurry can request the express shipping which will take 2 days to reach. The cost varies depending on the destination.
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will take it back for a refund of the returning item(s) minus a 10% return fee. Original delivery fees are non-refundable and additional shipping fees may apply. Please retain all packaging from the original shipment, as additional packaging fees may apply for unboxed items. Return request shall be done by sending an email to [email protected].
